Why A European Training
Our live trainings run on Las Vegas time. For most of Europe that means a start in the middle of the afternoon and a finish at half past one in the morning — three nights running. We have never pretended that was workable.
So once a year we move the whole training to your clock instead. Same three days, same Gabi, same certification. You start after breakfast and finish before dinner, and you do not lose a night’s sleep to it.

All three days run the same hours.
Do I Need Experience
None
You do not need a mat Pilates certification, and you do not need to know the classical sequence.
Inferno Hot Pilates has its own signature sequence, and teaching you that sequence is a large part of what the three days are for.
The one real requirement is physical: that you can complete a full class regularly and demonstrate proper form and alignment, because you will be showing it to a room.
Not Apparatus Pilates
This is not a Traditional Pilates certification, the kind that uses the equipment and apparatus. That is a different discipline — for the reformer we would point you to Balanced Body University.
Inferno Hot Pilates was designed as a complement for any hot yoga studio.
What You Will Learn
How to teach a 60-minute Inferno Hot Pilates class: the Pilates principles, the sequences, the signature moves, and how to become an effective instructor. Level One is the bodyweight class, taught on our 20/10 intervals.
A large part of the three days is not the moves at all. It is how you hold a room — voice, commands, music, pacing, reading the energy in front of you. Knowing the sequence is not what fills a class.

Times shown in CET. Subtract one hour for the UK. All three days are recorded — if something pulls you away you get the video of what you missed, usually the same evening and always within 24 hours. We do ask you to be there live on the final day, because that is when you practice teach.
After The Three Days
The three days get you started on your Inferno Hot Pilates certification. You finish them Inferno Trained, which is what lets you teach the class and use the Inferno Hot Pilates name to market it. You can begin teaching straight away.
Full certification is a separate, self-paced step you complete afterwards.
Four Steps
Most people finish in three to six months. Your manual and interval timer are posted to you ahead of the training, included in the price. Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the recipient’s responsibility.
